Delete your Deco account
You can permanently delete your account without leaving Deco. Deletion cannot be undone.
In the mobile app
Open Help & Support, scroll to the danger zone, choose Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion.
On the website
Sign in, open Settings, choose Security, and use the Delete account section.

Deco removes the live authentication account and user-linked profile, preferences, financial records, feedback, privacy recovery envelope, and stored avatar. Provider-managed disaster-recovery backups expire through their normal retention cycle. Separate categorization-learning samples may remain because Deco does not store a user or account link with those samples. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access your account, email usedecoapp@outlook.com from the address associated with the account. We may verify your identity before acting.
